Kernel panic not syncing VFS


If you get an error message when booting up that says "Kernel panic not syncing VFS", follow these instructions.

When starting up, one should choose between "Zorin" or "Advanced Options Zorin" have. Under "Advanced Options Zorin" you can select one of the lowest entries without Select recovery mode. The system should then start normally and you can log in. However, this is only temporary and must still be repaired. After logging in, you should confirm with "CTRL+ALT+T"Open a terminal window. Execute two commands there:

sudo apt update

Afterwards

sudo apt upgrade

and 

sudo dpkg --configure -a

The second command fixes the error and may take a few minutes. Afterwards, you can restart the computer and the problem should no longer exist.
