MS Office 365 cannot be installed

Office cannot be installed under Zorin OS. This has to do with the fact that Microsoft does not provide a Linux version of these applications.

However, you can still use the MS Office applications even if you do not have the programmes installed:

• Use MS Teams to edit documents (is installed).
• Use Firefox to operate the office applications on the Internet.
• Use the LibreOffice programmes installed on your laptop.

LibreOffice is a good alternative to MS Office. LibreOffice provides the same programmes as you already know (e.g. Word, Excel PowerPoint). Even if the layout looks a bit different, you should quickly find your way around.
