Our association

Any natural person in Switzerland can become a member of the association. New members are admitted at the annual general meeting (GM).

It is the supreme body of the organisation. Once a year, it decides on accounts, budgets and much more. All members are entitled to vote

Board members are elected for one year at the AGM. Any member of the Association may become a member of the Board.

The Executive Committee is an internal Board body that forms the highest management body of the association. Any member of the Executive Board can be elected to the Executive Committee.

Since 2021, the presidency has been run as a co-presidency.

Vertritt die Anliegen des operativen Teams gegenüber dem Vorstand und setzt strategische Ziele in operative Arbeiten um. Es gibt nur einen Geschäftsleiter oder eine Geschäftsleiterin.

The extended management team includes members of the operational team who are responsible for one or more business-critical areas of the operational team.

The operational team consists of all association employees and is led by the management. A lot is done here every day in various areas of responsibility to ensure that our organisation can work effectively.

The association's work would no longer be possible on a purely voluntary basis. We invest a great deal in the transparency of this work, for example with a full Wage transparency.
