How our organisation works
Members
Any natural person in Switzerland can become a member of the association. New members are admitted at the annual general meeting (GM).
General Assembly
It is the supreme body of the organisation. Once a year, it decides on accounts, budgets and much more. All members are entitled to vote
Board of Directors
Board members are elected for one year at the AGM. Any member of the Association may become a member of the Board.

(Co-)Presidium
Das Präsidium ist eine vorstandsinterne Stelle, die das oberste Führungsorgan des Vereins bildet. Ins Präsidium gewählt werden kann jedes Vorstandsmitglied. Seit 2021 wird das Präsidialamt im Co-Präsidium geführt.

Management
Represents the concerns of the operational team to the Executive Board and translates strategic goals into operational work. There is only one Managing Director.
The extended management team includes members of the operational team who are responsible for one or more business-critical areas of the operational team.

Operational team
The operational team consists of all association employees and is led by the management. A lot is done here every day in various areas of responsibility to ensure that our organisation can work effectively.
The association's work would no longer be possible on a purely voluntary basis. We invest a great deal in the transparency of this work, for example with a full Wage transparency.
