Preparations by donors
1. Please provide an approximate list of materials
We need to know the number of devices, as well as any accessories (e.g. charging cables). This information is used to plan the collection and to arrange for any empty containers to be exchanged, if necessary.
2. Remove devices from IAM/MDM systems
Unless the data is exported from your internal systems, the devices cannot be used properly. The transfer may also be carried out after you have received our deletion documentation (i.e. after we have processed the data), but must then take place within one week.
3. Remove UEFI/BIOS passwords
We are unable to process locked devices. You can also provide us with such passwords when making a donation, so that we can then remove them directly as part of our data processing.
What happens next?
Just drop us a line once you’ve got everything ready for the donation. We’ll then coordinate the handover with you.
As soon as we have received the equipment, we will process it and deleted. Once all the devices from a donation have been processed, we will send you the Deletion documentation to.
