📃 Your tasks

As an intern, you’ll be working on real projects with us – not on practice exercises that end up gathering dust. Depending on your interests and strengths, you’ll be involved in the following areas:

  • 👩‍💻 Application development (front-end and back-end): You’ll help develop our in-house tools and web applications. On the front end, using React, Next.js and TypeScript, in the backend, using, amongst other things, Python and Go.
  • 🧪 Testing & Quality: You’ll help to test our applications and make them more stable – both manually and automatically.
  • ⚙️ Business process automation: Repetitive tasks annoy us just as much as they annoy you – together, we’ll do away with them.
  • 💻 Recycling of laptops: You’ll be helping out as we turn donated company equipment into usable laptops for people living in poverty.
  • 🏫 Events & Workshops: You’ll help with the organisation and running of the event, and you’ll be right in the thick of things rather than just watching from the sidelines.

You don’t need to be able to do all of that just yet. We’ll assign you tasks based on your aptitudes and tailor the focus and objectives to your strengths and interests.
