Member of the board

We are looking for an additional member of the Board to pave the strategic direction of our organisation. The Board currently consists of four members, two of whom form the Co-Presidium.

The work on the board is voluntary, but requires less time than in other associations, as wLw has an operational management team. The board members are elected at our AGMs (general meetings). These take place once a year (in April).

• Co-design of the association's strategy
• 💳 Right of co-determination in project financing (budgeting)
• 😎 Cooperation with the other board members and GL
• 🎉 Participation in association events

🔍 Requirements profile

Previous knowledge (advantageous)

• Social sector (social assistance, integration)
• Organisational structures of non-profits
• Legal issues in the context of NPOs
• Acquisition / Crowdfunding

You can get involved where you feel most comfortable and where the club can best utilise your skills.

📮 Application procedure

Just send us a CV and a cover letter or, for example, a video of yourself. We are very open regarding your application form.

If you already have experience in association/board work, please let us know briefly. As soon as we have received your application, we will check your documents and discuss them with the board. If everything fits, we will invite you to a meeting to get to know each other.

Provided that everything is coherent for both sides after this step, we will propose you for election to the board at the general meeting.
