Create request

You can create your request directly on our Service Desk. To do so, click on the button below and select the form "Request laptop".

Categorisation

After you have filled out the form, we will make a corresponding categorisation. Below you will find a small overview:

Triage on the part of wLw

We distinguish between the following three categories:

Social assistanceIf you receive social assistance, you must contact the social services of your municipality. Either your municipality is already a partner or can become a partner. Here, too, we ask you to tell the person in charge that they should contact us.

Migration processIf you have a migration background or are in an ongoing asylum procedure, you must contact your support centre. We will then see with them how we can help you.

No support at all: Here we classify requests that do not receive social assistance or other financial support and do not participate in a work integration programme. We handle these requests via our partner "SOS-Beobachter". In this case, we will send you the necessary information to submit an application via the foundation.

Processing time

For social services, labour integration offices and migration offices, it depends on whether this office is already a partner with us. If they are already with us, you should receive a device in a few days to three weeks.

SOS Observer will process your request between 4-6 weeks after you have submitted it. If the review is positive, the foundation will order a laptop directly from us. After that, it takes between a few days and three weeks.
