Laptops for everyone!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our organisation collects laptops throughout Switzerland, refurbishes them professionally and then passes them on to people living in poverty in Switzerland. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We collect unused laptops throughout Switzerland. We often receive these devices from companies that want to support something good in Switzerland and at the same time want the devices to be processed professionally and free of charge.

As soon as we receive the devices, they are cleared of any data: either by deleting or destroying the data carriers. This is done using certified processes and procedures. Laptops are also repaired here.

Our devices go exclusively to people living in poverty in our country. As we do not know who is poor and who is not, we work together with many partners (e.g. social services). They order devices from us, which we then send all over Switzerland.

How is the work financed?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We receive a small contribution towards expenses for every laptop handed in. These contributions make up around 90% of our income.

More than every 500th person in Switzerland already has one of our laptops. But we are far from finished! Around 10% of our country is affected by poverty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
