This guide shows the way with Windows 10, but it's very similar for Windows 11 \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-danger\">\ud83d\ude25 <strong>ATTENTION: Data loss<\/strong>!<br><br>In any case, make sure that your most important data is stored on a USB stick or somewhere else. Once the reset process is started, your data will be lost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If Windows 10 still starts<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-accordion wp-block-hb-accordion\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__section\" data-ht-blocks-accordion-block-state=\"closed\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__title\"><span>1. switch off the laptop completely.<\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__content\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__contentwrap\">Stelle sicher, dass er wirklich ausgeschalten ist (5-10 Sekunden den Startknopf dr\u00fccken).<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__section\" data-ht-blocks-accordion-block-state=\"closed\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__title\"><span>2. switch the laptop on and off again<\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__content\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__contentwrap\">Schalte den Laptop an. Sobald das Windows-Ladezeichen kommt, dr\u00fccke und Halte den Einschaltknopf. Der Laptop schaltet sich wieder aus. Wiederhole diesen Vorgang, bis eine Meldung mit &#171;Reparaturmodus&#187; erscheint (sollte nach 2-3x kommen).<br><br>Falls das nicht geht: Starte Deinen PC, warte, bis Du zur Anmeldeseite kommst, dr\u00fccke die &#171;Shift&#187;-Taste und w\u00e4hle &#171;Neu starten&#187;. So kann der Repataturmodus auch gestartet werden.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__section\" data-ht-blocks-accordion-block-state=\"closed\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__title\"><span>3. reset the PC<\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__content\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__contentwrap\">Nun sollte ein blauer Bildschirm angezeigt werden. Das ist der Reparaturmodus. Gehe nun auf &#171;Erweiterte Optionen&#187; und w\u00e4hle dort &#171;Diesen PC zur\u00fccksetzen&#187; (oder \u00e4hnlich) aus. Von hier kannst Du dann Deinen Laptop zur\u00fccksetzen und Deine Daten behalten, oder diese auch mitl\u00f6schen.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-success\"><strong>\ud83d\udcaa Made it! <\/strong><br><br>Your laptop will now be reset. Sit back and wait until the installation is complete. Make sure that you have not saved any important data on the stick!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-accordion wp-block-hb-accordion\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__section\" data-ht-blocks-accordion-block-state=\"closed\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__title\"><span>1. download the Windows Media Creation Tool<\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__content\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__contentwrap\">On your other PC, search the internet for \u00abMedia Creation Tool Windows 10\u00bb. Make sure that you are on a Microsoft website and only download it there.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__section\" data-ht-blocks-accordion-block-state=\"closed\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__title\"><span>2. follow the instructions<\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__content\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__contentwrap\">You will now be asked to insert a USB stick. All further instructions will be displayed on the screen.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__section\" data-ht-blocks-accordion-block-state=\"closed\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__title\"><span>3. start broken laptop with USB stick<\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__content\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__contentwrap\">Everything should now be ready for a new installation.
