In addition to our <a href=\"https:\/\/wir-lernen-weiter.ch\/en\/knowledge-base\/qualitaetskontrolle\/\" data-type=\"ht_kb\" data-id=\"3116\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Quality control <\/a>we therefore give a small guarantee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fundamentals<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon\"><strong>Guarantee window<\/strong><br><br><strong>The warranty on our devices is three months from the date of dispatch.<\/strong> This does not include damage caused by the recipients themselves (e.g. falling or water damage).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-danger\">\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>Defects \/ damage must be reported to us immediately<\/strong>!<br><br>The easiest and quickest way to do this is via our free Whatsapp support -&gt; +41 56 521 30 49<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scope of guarantee<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We speak guarantees for the following areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-accordion wp-block-hb-accordion\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__section\" data-ht-blocks-accordion-block-state=\"closed\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__title\"><span>Operational readiness<\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__content\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__contentwrap\">The operating system installed by us is executable and functions reliably when used properly. <br><br>If recipients install their own operating system, our warranty will not apply.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__section\" data-ht-blocks-accordion-block-state=\"closed\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__title\"><span>Battery<\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__content\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__contentwrap\">We guarantee a minimum running time of approx. 60 minutes for normal use. This allows a change of workstation or a short shift. Many of our devices have a much longer running time. <br><br>If a recipient would like a better runtime, we will be happy to help them find a suitable model. What now?<\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__content\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__contentwrap\">We are usually very accommodating, especially if the damage was not caused by a recipient. The best thing to do in these cases is to simply write to us.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__section\" data-ht-blocks-accordion-block-state=\"closed\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__title\"><span>A laptop is no longer required. Refund possible?<\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__content\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__contentwrap\"><strong>No<\/strong><br><br>The costs for our organisation have already been incurred. We cannot be held liable if a client's situation changes. <br><br>In such cases, we advise you to pass the laptop on to another recipient. If a device is returned to us, no money will be refunded.<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__section\" data-ht-blocks-accordion-block-state=\"closed\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__title\"><span>The requirements of the laptop are not met. <\/span><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__content\"><div class=\"wp-block-hb-accordion__contentwrap\"><br>We distinguish between hard and soft requirements. Again, the laptop can be passed on to another recipient.<br><br>If so, we will take a close look to see if there has been an error on our part.
