We can only pass on devices that are available to us. We must therefore also ensure that the right devices are used for the right order: Because not every laptop can do the same thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Device categories<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Our laptops are differentiated according to various features: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Operating system compatibility<\/span><\/div>
Here we differentiate between devices that have a valid Windows licence and sufficient performance and those that do not.

Devices that do not fulfil our high Windows requirements are set up with Zorin OS. But that doesn't make them bad.

Touchscreen and equipment<\/span><\/div>
Another important point is whether a device has a touchscreen. Devices with a touchscreen can also use an integrated stylus hidden in the casing.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
Performance features (CPU + RAM)<\/span><\/div>
The processor performance and the built-in RAM give us information about how powerful a device is.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How is a device allocated?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

When our partners place orders, we sometimes receive specific requirements from schools or training centres. These requirements are taken into account, whereby we differentiate between hard and soft requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tough requirements<\/strong>

We always fulfil these criteria. The background to this is that it is difficult or even impossible to change or upgrade these components.

- Processor family: e.g. Intel i5\/i7
- Memory: e.g. at least 8GB RAM
- Touchscreen: yes \/ no \/ optional<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soft requirements<\/strong>

These criteria are fulfilled as best as possible, but we cannot guarantee this. The background to this is that you as the recipient can take measures yourself or the requirements make little sense from a technical point of view.

- Processor generation: e.g. Intel i5 from 12th gen
- Battery runtime: e.g. min. 4h
- Storage space: e.g. 256GB
