These questions can help you to find the right target group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who would a device help?<\/span><\/div>
A laptop does not necessarily only have to be used for training, but is also used for everyday life.

In this way, a device can not only help the recipient himself, but also case managers and other people who have to carry out administrative work with the recipient.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
How can we provide support?<\/span><\/div>
Here it is necessary to clarify which legal bases exist - i.e. where, for example, situational lines could be spoken and where not.

Due to federal differences, there are too many different solutions for us to be able to answer this for you.

Does the recipient need further support?<\/span><\/div>
A laptop makes a lot possible, but it would be wrong to assume that such a device can always be operated independently.

This is not absolutely necessary, but if the order volume increases, we recommend it. <\/div><\/div><\/div>
Who can order laptops?<\/span><\/div>
As a rule, wLw simply issues a general user account. We can also create several accounts if this makes sense.

Due to illness and holidays in particular, we always recommend using a general account that other team members can also access.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
How do we identify our clients?<\/span><\/div>
This question is important for order entry. This is exactly what is required in the \u00abClient identification\u00bb field.

The details in this field are also shown on the invoice. It is therefore important that all team members order in the same way if possible so that there is no internal confusion as to who has ordered a device. <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Time and again we find that there is a partnership with us, but not everyone in an organisation knows that laptops can be obtained from us.

It is crucial that a partnership with us is known within the team. Because if not everyone is aware that a cost-effective solution exists, a laptop will be purchased less frequently.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
Does my team know what wLw does?<\/span><\/div>

Is a laptop used for general digital participation or, for example, for training? If the latter, the follow-up questions are important.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
Does a laptop have to fulfil certain criteria?<\/span><\/div>
For apprentices in particular, it is not uncommon for appliances to have to fulfil certain criteria. We also take official school requirements into account if we are aware of them.

If it is unclear whether requirements exist, the recipient should clarify this.

Do we have all the documents for the order?<\/span><\/div>
For laptops for everyday use, no further information is required on our part.

In the case of laptops for training courses, we always expect confirmation of training and, optionally, the official school requirements as a PDF or link.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
Does the recipient know that we are sending wLw data?<\/span><\/div>
For data protection reasons, you must inform your recipients that we receive data from them - especially in the case of apprenticeship contracts or other training confirmations.

Speak directly to the recipient. This is the quickest way to get an answer.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
Does everything work with the utilisation?<\/span><\/div>
There is a good chance that a recipient will get in touch if something doesn't work or isn't clear. In most cases, problems are not caused by the device, but by a lack of basic digital knowledge.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
Does the recipient need more support?<\/span><\/div>
Especially nowadays, everyday life is extremely difficult with little or no basic digital knowledge. Support or basic training can already help here.
