Who can become a partner?<\/span><\/div>
In principle, all organisations that work with people living in poverty can become partners with us.

Our partners must be able to ensure that the service is only offered to people living in poverty.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
For whom may devices be ordered?<\/span><\/div>
Social assistance<\/strong>

Persons who receive economic social assistance or supplementary benefits from a municipal, regional or cantonal social welfare office or social services.

Migration \/ Asylum<\/strong>

Persons who are in an active asylum or migration process. The cantonal offices or other organisations responsible for the integration mandate are responsible for this.


Working Poor<\/strong>

All other people, for example families who live just above the subsistence level or deliberately forego social welfare benefits. Here we work together with various aid organisations.

Can private individuals also order directly?<\/span><\/div>
No: Orders are only placed via partners

Enquiries from private individuals are only triaged by us. Enquirers are asked in these messages to contact the relevant office in order to obtain a laptop.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
How much does a laptop cost?<\/span><\/div>

There is a one-off charge for each laptop.

Who pays this amount? <\/span><\/div>
We issue invoices directly to our partners, who are also liable for payment.

If recipients pay part or all of the expenses themselves, we recommend that they do so in advance. <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How can laptops be ordered?<\/span><\/div>
Orders can be placed via the Partner Service Desk.

We will provide the access data for this as soon as we have received the signed partnership agreement.

What needs to be considered when ordering?<\/span><\/div>
It is important that the recipient's situation is described correctly: Specifically, whether a device is intended for training or not.

In the case of training, it is also important that we receive the relevant requirements, if there are any. Our organisation cannot be held liable if a device does not fit because no documents have been sent to us.

How quickly are devices delivered?<\/span><\/div>
We send parcels every fortnight.

The delivery time can therefore take a few days to a maximum of three weeks - depending on when the order is placed.

If information is missing when the order is placed (e.g. confirmation of training for apprentices), delivery may be delayed. <\/div><\/div><\/div>
How is the invoice issued?<\/span><\/div>
The invoice is issued directly to the partner by e-mail one week after the device is dispatched.

We issue one invoice per order as standard. If several devices and separate invoices are required at the same time, the orders must also be entered separately.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What is included in the order?<\/span><\/div>
A ready-to-use laptop and a suitable charging cable. In addition, each laptop comes with a help flyer that refers to our help portal. <\/div><\/div><\/div>
Is there a guarantee?<\/span><\/div>
Yes: wLw even guarantees a lot.
