The above wages are gross wages. A 13th month's salary is paid pro rata at the end of each year. There are no other bonuses with us, but there are other (non-monetary) benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a \"loyalty bonus\" for every full year of service at wLw. On the one hand, this amount serves to compensate for inflation, but it also rewards employees who have been with the company for longer.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
