So far, everything fits and we are looking forward to using your donation to create new perspectives in other places. Thank you for your help!
You can bring one or more laptops to us in different ways. Here is an overview:
Please ensure the following
Clearly label the donation
In order to be able to allocate your donation to you, we need your WLW number, which is always stated in our emails (e.g. WLW-12345). Please note this number clearly on the donation. Otherwise we will not know who the device is from.
Remove UEFI/BIOS passwords
Remove the UEFI/BIOS password on all devices in your donation. If you don't know what this is, you probably won't have one.
Do not share personal information
For data protection reasons, we ask you NOT to provide any passwords. We can clean all laptops without a password.

This is the safest delivery option.
Dispatch by mail
Further information
An old cardboard box and a bit of newspaper: that's how quickly a laptop is packed and well protected. Unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer postage, as we do not (yet) work with the postal service.

This drop-off option is also safe, but we will need a few days to process the donations.
Delivery to a digitec shop
Further information
You can also conveniently return a laptop to a digitec shop near you. You can find the locations on the following Overview.
Important:
digitec sends us the devices in pools and not on a regular basis. It may therefore be a few months before we receive your donation in this way.
It is essential that you mark the WLW number on the device itself (e.g. by sticking a PostIt on the inside). digitec removes the packaging and packs the devices in new cardboard boxes.
