Even if it is a landline number, you can easily reach us here. We can help you more quickly if you also send us the WLW device number. This can also be found on the back of your laptop.
The support hotline is free of charge and is answered regularly: usually on Wednesday or Friday. Thank you for your patience in the meantime!
For people who do not work with a laptop from us, we unfortunately cannot offer any help. We are a small team and therefore have limited resources.
